How long does it take to receive a quote?
We typically respond within 1–2 business days for standard requests. For special materials or complex systems, we may require further information before formulating a precise offer.
Can I come and see the machines in operation?
Yes, we can show you our research and development department, all the main models in our catalog live and functioning, and if you bring a small sample of material, we can perform a real-time test.
Do you provide assistance for very old COMAFER machines?
Yes. We have spare parts and technical documentation even for COMAFER machines that have been out of production for many years. Contact us indicating the model and serial number of the machine.
Do you operate abroad?
We are present in over 70 countries through a network of authorized distributors and agents. Contact us and we will put you in touch with the representative in your geographical area.
I cannot find my material among the compatible ones. What should I do?
Send us a sample. Our R&D department is equipped to test even non-standard materials. Often, materials that seem difficult to briquette can be successfully processed with the right parameters.
